App doesnt work

I dont know if this app is good or bad. When I hit play, the screen shows no minutes ( length of session) on the time slider. I deleted the app then reinstalled it but that did not work. I even bought a few different hypnosis sessions ( sleep, exercise etc) and they dont work either. I think it had time on the slider maybe twice in the 20 times I tried it. The app is too frustrating to want to use it. Piece of junk.
