Ultimate Weight Loss Hypnosis App Reviews

This app has helped me tremendously with sleep, relaxing and weight loss. Its helped keep me in the right mind set. I had problems falling asleep I couldnt find anything that helped and this definitely did. Thank you

I liked the app ok. Then I discovered the Solfeggio tracks and loved them. I purchased all of the Solfeggio tracks plus a couple extras. One day several months back, all of my in-app purchases disappeared. I have tried following the instructions to restore them, nothing. Ive tried emailing the company SEVERAL times, no response. When I attempt to download them again it wants me to pay for them all over again. So now Im just out the money I spent on those in-app purchases. Get the app if you want, I guess it works ok. I find it helpful to listen to something to help me fall asleep. I havent seen a great difference in my weight loss efforts but I also havent been using it properly. But whatever you do, do NOT make any in-app purchases because I guarantee they will disappear and you will hear nothing but radio silence from the developers.

I have listened to his apps every night going on 2 months and Ive gained weight! I am listening to the spiritual weight loss and the weight loss one that he recommends to listen to with it. Unfortunately, I purchased a group of his apps at once. It does help me go to sleep but that is about it.

Im pretty happy with this app. Its a good amount of time and the mans voice is very soothing and calming. The background sounds a very nice as well. Theres another app though that has some ending sounds that you can lengthen it and I wish this had that as well. I do feel its one of the better hip gnosis apps out there

Ill grant you that the audio tracks arent bad but you have to re-download the tracks every 7 days, even those that you have paid for. Rather a rip-off if you ask me.

Great app with a lead into deeper hypnosis than some. Need more time with it but I feel deep changes in my relationship with food.

I was surprised after downloading this app how many titles are inside! I bought after urging from a friend. The hypnosis is very calming. I am dieting and hitting the gym - I figure this cant hurt to try as well. Cannot speak to the weight loss effectiveness yet...but I really like the relax app offered within and may try the self esteem as well.

After searching extensively, I have tried many of Glenns sessions, all of which I have found to be very helpful in all aspects of my life. Try the free versions first, and youll notice that youll want to buy the full versions just because the free ones are so effective.

Its very hard to relax when you have to keep tapping the screen to keep it from locking. I also tend to fall asleep to hypnosis recordings so I cant just leave my screen on indefinitely. I had high hopes. :(

I have been waiting for this update. I love how the audio now plays in the background. Sometimes I need to do something on the phone and hated to have to stop the audio file

Love this app, exactly what I was looking for!

Version 1.2 appears to have fixed that audio issue. Overall, I appreciate that Mr. Harrold made this app free. I have used a few of his other apps and this app maintains his high standards. Great voice, message delivered with compassion and conviction and ultimately, giving me the will and commitment to tackle my weight challenges. I highly recommend this weight loss app to anyone and my next favorite is probably the relax and sleep well free app...that one too has done wonders for the quality of my sleep! Thank you Glenn.

I got ripped off this app!

This app is really good so far! I downloaded the other apps that Glenn offers for free and they are all very effective.

I really enjoyed this one, Glenn really did a nice job as usual.
