I have been very happy with this App. I have noticed a difference in my eating habits. There are times where I go to pick something up to eat it and my brain tells me, no youre not really hungry, you dont need it. The first time I noticed myself do that, it was pretty exciting.
So far I have lost 5 pounds. Its not a quick weight loss, but I feel its steady and Im happy with the progress. The key is to listen every day. I have noticed when I dont its easier to skip a few days and my bad habits come back. I think from regular use that this can be a really powerful weight loss tool. Im very happy with this and am now interested in looking into his other hypnosis apps.
Side note, I am American and Glen who does the hypnosis is not. He has a different way of saying things. For instance, he says "you like to take exercise and keep fit". An American wouldnt phrase it like that. There are a few other phrases as well. It really isnt a big deal, but I did stumble in the beginning when I first listened because it was such a strange way of saying you like to exercise. Again, its not a big deal but thought I would share.
Another bonus from this app is it helps to put me to sleep. On nights that I cant shut my brain off I will put this on and I am usually asleep before the countdown is over.
